Order Processing Time



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.





U.S. Shipping



  • Standard Shipping (2–5 business days after dispatch): $4.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $90
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (based on location and order size)






International Shipping



We ship worldwide.


  • Standard International Shipping (14–20 business days after dispatch)
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer



Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs and postal services. DIEALONEWOLF® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.





Pre-Orders



Some exclusive releases may be sold as pre-orders. If your item is marked as a pre-order, please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery from the order date.


By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the extended fulfillment timeline. All pre-order sales are final.





Tracking Your Order



Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates typically go live within 24 hours.


If you haven’t received tracking after 5 business days, contact us at support@diealonewolf.com.





Address Accuracy



Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. DIEALONEWOLF® is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@diealonewolf.com — we’ll do our best to fix it before your order ships.





Lost or Stolen Packages



If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors, building management, or local post office.


DIEALONEWOLF® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are confirmed delivered by the carrier. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
