Return & Refund Policy



DIEALONEWOLF® Official Store


We appreciate your support of DIEALONEWOLF®. Due to the nature of our limited releases and made-to-order items, our return and refund policy is outlined below.





Returns



We accept returns for store credit only on eligible items returned within 14 days of the delivery date.


To qualify for a return:


  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order

Include your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.





Non-Returnable Items



The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:


  • Pre-orders
  • Limited edition or exclusive drops
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout






Refunds



We do not offer cash or card refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect.


  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
  • If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
  • Once reviewed and approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.






Exchanges



We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, return the original (if eligible), and place a new order using your store credit.





Return Shipping Costs



Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.





Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages



Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
