At DIEALONEWOLF®, every item is crafted with purpose — many are produced in limited quantities or made to order. To maintain fairness and ensure timely fulfillment, the following purchase and cancellation terms apply:

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system immediately. Because of this:

• Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
• After 2 hours, your order is locked for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

We do not guarantee cancellations beyond this window.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are produced on a made-to-order basis and are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund once the order is placed.

Estimated delivery for pre-orders is 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Final Sale Items

All sale items, limited edition drops, or any products marked “final sale” are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is refused upon delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, shipping fees will not be refunded. We reserve the right to deduct return shipping and handling costs from any applicable refund or deny reshipment altogether.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We take fraud seriously. Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be investigated thoroughly. DIEALONEWOLF® reserves the right to ban customers who initiate baseless claims or engage in chargeback abuse.
