We appreciate every customer who supports DIEALONEWOLF®. Below you’ll find our full store policies regarding shipping, returns, cancellations, and pre-orders. Please read carefully before placing your order.


Shipping Policy


Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak drops or holidays, allow up to 5 business days.


U.S. Shipping:


  • Standard Shipping (2–5 business days after dispatch): $4.99
  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $90
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx


International Shipping:


  • Delivery Time: 14–20 business days after dispatch
  • Rates calculated at checkout
  • Buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes


Tracking:

Tracking numbers are provided via email when your order ships. Allow 24 hours for updates to appear.

 


Pre-Order Policy



Items marked as Pre-Order are made-to-order and require extra production time.


  • Estimated delivery: 4–6 weeks from order date
  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed
  • By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to this timeline

 


Order Cancellation Policy



  • Orders can only be canceled or changed within 2 hours of being placed
  • After that, all orders are final and enter processing
  • Pre-orders and Final Sale items are non-cancellable


Returns & Refunds



We accept returns for store credit only on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery.


To qualify for a return:


  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Tags must be intact



To start a return:

Email support@diealonewolf.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive store credit as a digital gift card.


Non-returnable items:


  • Pre-orders
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Limited edition / Final Sale items
  • Gift cards



Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund if applicable.





Other Policies



Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost orders due to address errors.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

If a package is marked “delivered” but missing, check with your local post office or neighbors. DIEALONEWOLF® is not responsible for stolen packages.
